UPDATE: Cade Cunningham's Current Injury Status For Heat-Pistons Game

Cade Cunningham is on the injury report for Friday's game.

On Friday evening, the Detroit Pistons will host Jimmy Butler and the Miami Heat in Michigan. 

For the game, the Pistons could be without their best player, as Cade Cunningham is on the injury report.  

Via Underdog NBA: "Cade Cunningham (injury management) listed questionable for Friday."

The former Oklahoma State star is averaging 22.5 points, 4.2 rebounds and 7.5 assists per contest while shooting 45.2% from the field and 36.1% from the three-point range in 55 games. 

The Pistons are the 14th seed in the Eastern Conference with a 12-53 record in 65 games.

They are in the middle of a two-game winning streak and have gone 4-6 over their last ten games. 

Most recently, the Pistons defeated the Toronto Raptors (at home) by a score of 113-104.  

Cunningham had 19 points, three rebounds, six assists and one steal while shooting 8/20 from the field and 2/5 from the three-point range in 28 minutes of playing time. 

Following Friday's showdown, the Pistons will host the Heat (again) on Sunday afternoon. 

At home, they have gone 7-26 in 33 games. 

As for the Heat, they enter the matchup with a 35-30 record in 65 games, which has them as the eighth seed in the Eastern Conference. 

They are in the middle of a four-game losing streak and have gone 5-5 over their last ten games. 

Most recently, the Heat lost to Nikola Jokic and the Denver Nuggets by a score of 100-88 (at home). 

On the road, they are 18-15 in 33 games.
