Bulls Encouraging Injury Report Against The Heat

The Chicago Bulls only have one player on their injury report for Friday's game.

On Friday night, the Chicago Bulls will be in Florida to face off with the Miami Heat for the play-in tournament.

For the game, the Bulls have announced their injury report (updated as of 1:30 Eastern Time).

Lonzo Ball has been ruled out, and no one else is on their injury report for the contest.

Ball has not played in a game this season, so essentially, the Bulls are fully healthy for their biggest game of the year.

The Bulls made the NBA Playoffs last year for the first time since the 2017 season.

However, they went just 40-42 and finished as the tenth seed in the Eastern Conference this season.

One of the biggest reasons for their struggles was the fact that Ball didn't play (he appeared in 35 games with the Bulls last season).

That said, the Bulls were still able to get the final play-in tournament spot and beat the Toronto Raptors on the road 109-105 on Wednesday evening (in their first play-in tournament game).

The winner of Friday's game will become the eighth seed in the Eastern Conference and face off with the Milwaukee Bucks in the first round of the NBA Playoffs.

Meanwhile, the loser will head home for the 2023 offseason.

As for the Heat, they went 44-38 during the regular season and finished as the seventh seed.

They lost their first play-in tournament game against the Atlanta Hawks 116-105 (at home) on Tuesday night.

The franchise has made the Eastern Conference Finals in two out of the previous three seasons.
