UPDATE: Darius Garland's Current Status For Bulls-Cavs Game

Darius Garland is on the injury report for Wednesday's game.

UPDATEEvan Dammarell of Right Down Euclid reports that Darius Garland is a game-time decision. 

Via Dammarell: "Darius Garland and Sam Merrill are both game-time decisions for the #Cavs against the Chicago Bulls due to illness."

On Wednesday evening, the Cleveland Cavaliers will host the Chicago Bulls in Ohio. 

For the game, the Cavs could be without one of their best players, as starting point guard Darius Garland is on the injury report.   

Via Underdog NBA: "Darius Garland (illness) now listed questionable Wednesday."

Garland has played in 28 games and is averaging 18.4 points, 2.3 rebounds, 5.9 assists and 1.4 steals per contest while shooting 47.3% from the field and 32.9% from the three-point range.     

The Cavs are the second seed in the Eastern Conference with a 35-17 record in 52 games.  

They are 9-1 over their last ten games but most recently lost to the Philadelphia 76ers by a score of 123-121.   

In 31 minutes of playing time, Garland had 21 points, nine assists and one steal while shooting 9/16 from the field and 3/8 from the three-point range.  

Following the Bulls, the Cavs will play their next game on February 22 when they host Paolo Banchero and the Orlando Magic in Ohio. 

At home, they are 18-9 in 27 games. 

As for the Bulls, they are the ninth seed in the Eastern Conference with a 26-28 record in 54 games. 

They are 5-5 over their last ten games and most recently beat Trae Young and the Atlanta Hawks by a score of 136-126.
