UPDATE: Deandre Ayton's Injury Status For Pacers-Trail Blazers Game

Deandre Ayton is on the injury report for Friday's game.

UPDATE: Deandre Ayton is available. 

On Friday evening, the Portland Trail Blazers will host the Indiana Pacers in Oregon.

For the game, Deandre Ayton is on the injury report, but he is listed as probable, so he should be available.

The former Arizona star has missed the previous 12 games.

He had been cleared to play in the team's last game but was unable to make it to the arena due to ice on the road.

Ayton is in his first season with the Trail Blazers and is averaging 13.1 points, 10.8 rebounds, 1.6 assists and 1.2 steals per contest while shooting 54.8% from the field. 

The Trail Blazers are the 14th seed in the Western Conference with an 11-29 record in their first 40 games.  

They are 3-7 over their last ten games and are 6-12 in the 18 games they have played on their home floor in Oregon. 

Most recently, the Trail Blazers beat the Brooklyn Nets (at home) by a score of 105-103. 

Following the Pacers, they will visit LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers on Sunday evening in California. 

As for the Pacers, they are the seventh seed in the Eastern Conference with a 24-17 record in their first 41 games.  

They are 7-3 over their last ten games and are 11-9 in the 20 games they have played on the road away from Indiana. 

Following the Trail Blazers, the Pacers will visit the Phoenix Suns on Sunday in Arizona.
