DeMar DeRozan is on the injury report for Thursday’s game.

FINAL UPDATE: DeMar DeRozan is available.

On Thursday, the Chicago Bulls will be in New York to face off with the Brooklyn Nets at Barclays Center.

However, they could be without one of their best players for the contest, as DeMar DeRozan is on the injury report listed as questionable.

Underdog NBA: "DeMar DeRozan (hip) listed questionable for Thursday."

The six-time NBA All-Star is in the middle of a fantastic season with averages of 25.9 points, 4.8 rebounds and 5.0 assists per contest in 50 games (he is also shooting 51.0% from the field).

DeRozan is in his second season with the Bulls and has played very well individually (he has made the All-Star Game in both seasons) and last year averaged a career-high 27.9 points per contest.

In 2022, he helped lead the Bulls to the NBA Playoffs for the first time since 2017.

That said, they are currently the ninth seed in the Eastern Conference with a 26-28 record in 54 games.

Over the last ten games, the Bulls have gone 6-4, and they are 10-17 in the 27 games they have played on the road away from the United Center.

They have one of the most talented rosters in the NBA, so if there is potential for them to finish with a top-six seed.

Zach LaVine and Nikola Vucevic are both multiple-time All-Stars.

As for the Nets, they are the fifth seed in the Eastern Conference with a 32-22 record in 54 games.

They are 5-5 in their last ten games and in the middle of a two-game losing streak.
