On Wednesday evening, the Cleveland Cavaliers will be in Texas to face off against the Mavericks.

For the game, the Cavs could be without one of their best players, as All-Star guard Donovan Mitchell is on the injury report.

Mitchell has missed each of the previous three games, so this would be his fourth straight out of the lineup (if he doesn't play).

Via Underdog NBA: "Donovan Mitchell (illness) listed questionable for Wednesday."

Mitchell has played in 22 games so far this season and is averaging 27.7 points, 5.6 rebounds, 5.5 assists and 1.8 steals per contest while shooting 45.3% from the field and 35.1% from the three-point range.

The Cavs are the seventh seed in the Eastern Conference with a 17-13 record in their first 30 games.

They are 6-4 over their last ten games and most recently defeated the Chicago Bulls by a score of 109-95.

Following the Mavs, the Cavs will host the Milwaukee Bucks on Friday evening in Ohio.

On the road, the Cavs have gone 8-6 in 14 games, while they are 9-7 in the 16 games they have played on their home floor.

As for the Mavs, they are the fifth seed in the Western Conference with an 18-12 record in their first 30 games.

They are 6-4 over their last ten games and in the middle of a two-game winning streak.

At home, the Mavs are 8-6 in the 14 games they have hosted in Dallas.
