FINAL UPDATE: Giannis Antetokounmpo's Injury Status For Bucks-Hornets Game

Giannis Antetokounmpo is on the injury report for Friday's game.

On Friday evening, the Milwaukee Bucks will be in North Carolina to face off against the Charlotte Hornets.  

For the game, they could be without their best player, as Giannis Antetokounmpo is on the injury report.      

The two-time MVP missed the team's last game, so this would be his second straight out of the lineup (if he doesn't play).

Antetokounmpo has played in ten games so far this season and he is averaging 29.5 points, 9.7 rebounds, 3.6 assists and 1.3 blocks per contest while shooting 57.9% from the field.   

The Bucks are 7-4 in their first 11 games and in the middle of a two-game winning streak. 

Most recently, they beat the Toronto Raptors by a score of 128-112. 

All-Star point guard Damian Lillard led the team with 37 points, four rebounds and 13 assists in 31 minutes of playing time. 

Antetokounmpo is in his 11th season in the NBA (all with the Bucks) and is coming off a year where he averaged 31.1 points, 11.8 rebounds and 5.7 assists per contest while shooting 55.3% from the field. 

Following the Hornets, the Bucks will play their next game against the Dallas Mavericks (at home) on Saturday evening. 

As for the Hornets, they are 3-7 in their first ten games and are in the middle of a two-game losing streak. 

Most recently, they lost to the Miami Heat by a score of 111-105. 

LaMelo Ball led the team with 28 points, six rebounds and 11 assists.
