UPDATE: Giannis Antetokounmpo has been upgraded to questionable.

On Wednesday evening, the Milwaukee Bucks are hosting the Miami Heat in Wisconsin for Game 2 of their first-round playoff series.

For the game, they will likely be without their best player, as All-Star forward Giannis Antetokounmpo has officially been listed as doubtful.

Via Underdog NBA: "Giannis Antetokounmpo (back) listed doubtful for Wednesday."

The two-time MVP exited Game 1 on Sunday with a back injury (the Bucks lost 130-117).

In addition, Antetokounmpo did not practice on Tuesday.

Via Lilly Zhao of FOX6 Sports: "#Bucks Mike Budenholzer said Giannis Antetokounmpo did not practice today. Noted they still have 24+ hours until Game 2."

Antetokounmpo was arguably the best player in the NBA this season and had averages of 31.1 points, 11.8 rebounds and 5.7 assists per contest in 63 games while shooting 55.3% from the field.

Therefore, his status drastically impacts how the series will turn out.

With a victory, the Heat can take a commanding 2-0 lead back to Miami for Games 3 and 4.

In the first game, Jimmy Butler led the way with 35 points, five rebounds and 11 assists, while Khris Middleton had 33 points, nine rebounds and four assists for the Bucks.

The Heat finished the season with a 44-38 record, which had them as the seventh seed in the Eastern Conference, but they lost their first game in the play-in tournament, so they are the eighth seed.

As for the Bucks, they had the best record in the NBA (58-24) and are the first seed.
