Ja Morant's Status For Clippers-Grizzlies Game

Ja Morant is not on the injury report for Wednesday's game.

On Wednesday evening, the Memphis Grizzlies are hosting the Los Angeles Clippers in Tennessee.

For the game, they will have their best player available, as Ja Morant is not on the injury report.

The former Murray State star missed Tuesday's 113-108 victory over the Orlando Magic (at home).

Therefore, he will return after just a one-game absence.

Underdog NBA: "Ja Morant (thigh) not on injury report Wednesday."

Morant is having another stellar season with averages of 26.8 points, 5.8 rebounds, 8.1 assists and 1.1 steals per contest in 56 games.

The All-Star point guard is also shooting 46.7% from the field.

Right now, the Grizzlies are the second seed in the Western Conference with a 48-27 record in 75 games.

They are in the middle of a seven-game winning streak and an impressive 9-1 in their last ten games.

At home, the Grizzlies have been very good, going 33-5 in the 38 games they have hosted in Memphis.

Last season, they lost to the Golden State Warriors in the second round of the NBA Playoffs (in six games).

As for the Clippers, they are the fifth seed in the Western Conference with a 40-36 record in 76 games.

They are 7-3 in their last ten games and have a 19-18 record in the 37 games they have played on the road.

Last season, the Clippers were the eighth seed but dealt with injuries and lost each of their two play-in tournament games (against the Minnesota Timberwolves and New Orleans Pelicans).
