Ja Morant's Status For Grizzlies-Clippers Game

Ja Morant is not on the injury report for Friday's game.

On Friday evening, the Memphis Grizzlies will be in Los Angeles to face off against the Clippers.

For the game, the Grizzlies will have their best player back in the starting lineup, as Ja Morant is not on the injury report.

The All-Star point guard had missed Thursday's game, so he returns after only a one-game absence.

Morant has played in four games so far this season and has averages of 28.8 points, 5.2 rebounds, 8.5 assists and 1.0 steals per contest while shooting 50.6% from the field.

The Grizzlies are the 13th seed in the Western Conference with a 10-20 record in their first 30 games.

They are 4-0 with Morant in the lineup but are coming off a 142-105 loss to Nikola Jokic and the Denver Nuggets on Thursday in Colorado.

Over the last ten games, the Grizzlies have gone 4-6, and they are 8-9 in the 17 games they have played on the road away from Memphis.

Following the Nuggets, they will return home to host the Sacramento Kings on Saturday.

As for the Clippers, they are the fourth seed in the Western Conference with an 18-12 record in their first 30 games.

They are 8-2 over their last ten games and most recently beat the Charlotte Hornets by a score of 113-104.

At home, the Clippers have a 12-4 record in the 16 games they have hosted in Los Angeles, California.

Following the Grizzlies, they will host Tyler Herro and the Miami Heat on Monday evening.
