UPDATE: Jalen Brunson's Current Injury Status For Rockets-Knicks Game

Jalen Brunson is on the injury report for Wednesday's game.

FINAL UPDATE: Jalen Brunson is available.

UPDATE: Jalen Brunson is a game-time decision (h/t SNY's Ian Begley).

On Wednesday evening, the New York Knicks will host the Houston Rockets at Madison Square Garden.

For the game, the Knicks could be without one of their best players, as Jalen Brunson is on the injury report.

The former Villanova star has missed each of the previous two games, so this would be his third straight out of the lineup (if he doesn't play).

Via SNY's Ian Begley on Tuesday: "Knicks are listing Jalen Brunson (calf) and Josh Hart (knee) as questionable for tomorrow’s game vs Houston. Brunson has missed the past two games with the calf ailment."

Brunson has played in 38 games and has averages of 25.8 points, 3.8 rebounds, 6.4 assists and 1.0 steals per contest while shooting 46.9% from the field and 42.4% from the three-point range.

The Knicks are the seventh seed in the Eastern Conference with a 23-17 record in their first 40 games.

They are 6-4 over their last ten games and most recently lost to the Orlando Magic (at home) by a score of 98-94.

Following the Rockets, the Knicks will host Jordan Poole and the Washington Wizards on Thursday evening.

At home, they have gone 11-5 in 16 games at Madison Square Garden.

As for the Rockets, they are the 11th seed in the Western Conference with a 19-20 record in their first 39 games.

They are in the middle of a two-game losing streak and are 4-6 over their last ten games.

Following the Knicks, the Rockets will host the Utah Jazz on Saturday evening.
