UPDATE: Jalen Brunson's Current Injury Status For Warriors-Knicks Game

Jalen Brunson is on the injury report for Thursday's game.

UPDATE: Jalen Brunson is available (h/t SNY's Ian Begley).

UPDATE: Jalen Brunson will likely be available (h/t ESPN's Tim Bontemps).

On Thursday evening, the New York Knicks will host Steph Curry and the Golden State Warriors at Madison Square Garden in New York City.

For the game, the Knicks could be without their best player, as All-Star guard Jalen Brunson is on the injury report.

The former Villanova star missed the team's last game, so this would be his second straight out of the lineup (if he doesn't play).

Via SNY's Ian Begley on Wednesday: "Jalen Brunson is questionable for tomorrow’s game vs GSW due to neck spasms, per Knicks. Isaiah Hartenstein is not on injury report, which means he should be available to play vs GSW. Brunson (neck) and Hartenstein (Achilles) both missed last night’s loss to NOP."

Brunson is in the middle of a fantastic season with averages of 27.7 points, 3.7 rebounds, 6.7 assists and 1.0 steals per contest while shooting 47.8% from the field and 40.3% from the three-point range in 55 games.

The Knicks are the fourth seed in the Eastern Conference with a 35-24 record in 59 games.

They have been struggling as of late and have gone just 3-7 over their last ten games.

Most recently, the Knicks lost to the New Orleans Pelicans (at home) by a score of 115-92.

Following the Warriors, the Knicks will travel to Ohio for a matchup with Donovan Mitchell and the Cleveland Cavaliers on Sunday evening.

As for the Warriors, they are the tenth seed in the Western Conference with a 30-27 record in 57 games.
