FINAL UPDATE: Jamal Murray's Injury Status For Nuggets-Rockets Game

Jamal Murray is on the injury report for Tuesday's game.

FINAL UPDATE: Jamal Murray is available.

On Tuesday evening, the Denver Nuggets will be in Texas to face off with the Houston Rockets.

For the game, starting point guard Jamal Murray is on the injury report.

However, the former Kentucky star is listed as probable, so he should end up being available.

Underdog NBA: "Jamal Murray (thumb) listed probable for Tuesday."

After missing the entire 2021-22 season, Murray has been excellent in his return to the floor this year.

The 26-year-old is averaging a very impressive 20.3 points, 4.0 rebounds, 6.2 assists and 1.0 steals per contest in 63 games.

Murray is also shooting 45.3% from the field and 39.9% from the three-point range.

In addition to his stellar play, the Nuggets have been the best team in the Western Conference, with a 52-26 record in 78 games.

They are 6-4 in their last ten games and 19-19 in the 38 games they have played on the road away from Denver, Colorado.

Last season, the Nuggets finished as the sixth seed but lost in the first round of the NBA Playoffs to the Golden State Warriors (in five games).

As long as they can stay healthy in 2023, the Nuggets will have an excellent chance to make a deep run.

Meanwhile, the Rockets are in rebuilding mode and will not be qualifying for the playoffs.

They are the 15th seed (last place) in the west with a 19-60 record in 79 games.

Over the last ten games, the Rockets have gone 2-8, and they are 13-27 in the 40 games they have hosted on their home floor.
