UPDATE: James Harden's Current Injury Status For Clippers-Bulls Game

James Harden is on the injury report for Thursday's game.

UPDATE: James Harden has been ruled out (h/t Law Murray of The Athletic). 

On Thursday evening, the Los Angeles Clippers will face off against the Chicago Bulls at the United Center.  

For the game, the Clippers could be without one of their best players, as 2018 MVP James Harden is on the injury report.

Harden is having a very productive season with averages of 17.4 points, 5.1 rebounds, 8.3 assists and 1.1 steals per contest while shooting 44.2% from the field and 40.3% from the three-point range in 59 games. 

The Clippers are the fourth seed in the Western Conference with a 41-23 record in 64 games. 

They are in the middle of a two-game losing streak and have gone 5-5 over their last ten games. 

Most recently, the Clippers lost to the Minnesota Timberwolves by a score of 118-100. 

Harden had 12 points, two rebounds, seven assists and two steals while shooting 4/10 from the field and 2/6 from the three-point range in 34 minutes of playing time. 

Following the Bulls, the Clippers will play their next game on Friday evening when they visit Zion Williamson and the New Orleans Pelicans. 

As for the Bulls, they are the ninth seed in the Eastern Conference with a 32-34 record in 66 games. 

They have gone 6-4 over their last ten games and most recently defeated the Indiana Pacers (in overtime) by a score of 132-129. 

Following the Clippers, the Bulls will play their next game on Saturday evening when they host the Washington Wizards.
