Kyrie Irving's Absurd Finish Went Viral In Mavs-Thunder Game

Kyrie Irving had an incredible highlight during Thursday's game.

On Thursday evening, the Dallas Mavericks played the Oklahoma City Thunder in Oklahoma.  

The Mavs were playing without Luka Doncic and lost by a score of 126-119, which snapped a four-game winning streak. 

Despite the loss, Kyrie Irving had a fantastic night and put up 36 points, four rebounds, 12 assists and two steals while shooting 12/18 from the field and 4/7 from the three-point range in 38 minutes of playing time.   

During the game, the 2016 NBA Champion had a big highlight, which got a lot of views on social media.

Irving is having a excellent season with averages of 25.4 points, 5.0 rebounds, 5.2 assists and 1.2 steals per contest while shooting 49.3% from the field and 41.7% from the three-point range in 45 games.  

With the loss, the Mavs fell to 38-29 in 67 games, which has them as the eighth seed in the Western Conference.  

They have gone 5-5 over their last ten games and are 18-14 in the 32 games they have played on the road. 

Following the Thunder, the Mavs will play their next game on Sunday afternoon when they host Nikola Jokic and the Denver Nuggets in Dallas, Texas. 

As for the Thunder, they improved to 46-20 in 66 games, which has them as the first seed in the Western Confernece. 

Following the Mavs, they will play their next game on Saturday evening when they visit the Memphis Grizzlies.
