UPDATE: Joel Embiid's Official Injury Status For 76ers-Warriors Game

ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski reports that Joel Embiid will be officially listed as questionable.

On Tuesday evening, the Philadelphia 76ers will face off against Steph Curry and the Golden State Warriors at the Chase Center in San Francisco, California.   

2023 MVP Joel Embiid has missed each of the previous two games, and ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski reports that he will be officially listed as questionable for Tuesday's showdown with Golden State.   

Via Wojnarowski: "Sixers star Joel Embiid (left knee) will be listed as a questionable vs. Warriors tonight, source tells ESPN. He’s expected to go through pregame warmup and decide if he can play."

Embiid has played in 33 games and has outstanding averages of 36.0 points, 11.4 rebounds, 5.8 assists, 1.1 steals and 1.8 blocks per contest while shooting 53.9% from the field and 36.8% from the three-point range.  

The 76ers are the third seed in the Eastern Conference with a 29-16 record in their first 45 games.  

They are 6-4 over their last ten games but are also in the middle of a three-game losing streak. 

Following Golden State, the 76ers will remain on the road and face off against Jordan Clarkson and the Utah Jazz on Thursday evening in Salt Lake City. 

As for the Warriors, they are the 12th seed in the Western Conference with a 19-24 record in their first 43 games. 

They are in the middle of a two-game losing streak and have gone 3-7 over their last ten games. 

Following the 76ers, the Warriors will travel to Tennessee for a matchup with the Memphis Grizzlies on Friday evening.
