UPDATE: Jonathan Kuminga is available.

On Sunday evening, the Golden State Warriors will be in Texas to face off against the Houston Rockets.

The Warriors are 1-1 in their first two games and coming off a 122-114 victory over De'Aaron Fox and the Sacramento Kings (on Friday).

For Sunday's game, they could be without one of their best players, as Jonathan Kuminga is listed on the injury report as questionable.

Kuminga has played in each of the team's first two games and is averaging 12.0 points, 5.5 rebounds and 1.0 assists per contest while shooting 47.4% from the field.

The 21-year-old is in his third season in the league (all with the Warriors) and helped the team win the 2022 NBA Championship over the Boston Celtics.

His career averages are 9.7 points, 3.4 rebounds and 1.4 assists per contest while shooting 51.8% from the field and 35.2% from the three-point range in 139 regular season games.

The Warriors are coming off a season where they were the sixth seed in the Western Conference with a 44-38 record.

They beat the Sacramento Kings in the first round of the NBA playoffs but lost to the Los Angeles Lakers in the second round (in six games).

Meanwhile, the Rockets are 0-2 in their first two games and coming off a 126-122 loss in overtime to the San Antonio Spurs (on Friday).

Last year, the Rockets were the 14th seed in the Western Conference with a 22-60 record and missed the NBA playoffs for the third straight season.
