UPDATE: Jrue Holiday's Current Injury Status For Bucks-Celtics Game

Jrue Holiday is on the injury report for Wednesday's game.

UPDATE: Jrue Holiday has been ruled out.    

On Wednesday evening, the Boston Celtics will host the Milwaukee Bucks in Massachusetts. 

For the game, they could be without one of their best players, as starting guard Jrue Holiday is on the injury report.  

Holiday missed the team's last game, so this would be his second straight out of the lineup (if he doesn't play).

Holiday is in his first season playing for the Celtics and is averaging 12.8 points, 5.4 rebounds and 4.9 assists per contest while shooting 48.5% from the field and 44.5% from the three-point range in 61 games. 

He had spent the previous three years with the Bucks and helped them win the 2021 NBA Championship over the Phoenix Suns. 

The Celtics are the first seed in the Eastern Conference with a 54-14 record in 68 games. 

They have gone 8-2 over their last ten games and are also in the middle of a six-game winning streak. 

Following the Bucks, the Celtics will play their next game on Friday evening when they visit Cade Cunningham and the Detroit Pistons in Michigan. 

As for the Bucks, they are the second seed in the Eastern Conference with a 44-24 record in 68 games. 

They are in the middle of a two-game winning streak and have gone 7-3 over their last ten games.

Following their matchup with the Celtics, the Bucks will play their next game on Thursday evening when they host Mikal Bridges and the Brooklyn Nets in Wisconsin.
