FINAL UPDATE: Karl-Anthony Towns' Injury Status For Timberwolves-Thunder Game

Karl-Anthony Towns is on the injury report for Tuesday's game.

On Tuesday evening, the Minnesota Timberwolves will be in Oklahoma City to face off against the Thunder.  

For the game, the Timberwolves could be without one of their best players, as star forward Karl-Anthony Towns is on the injury report.  

Towns missed the team's last game, so this would be his second straight out of the lineup (if he doesn't play).

Towns has played in 27 games so far this season and is averaging 22.2 points, 9.5 rebounds and 3.0 assists per contest while shooting 51.7% from the field and 42.1% from the three-point range. 

The Timberwolves are the first seed in the Western Conference with a 22-6 record in their first 28 games. 

They are in the middle of a two-game winning streak and are 8-2 over their last ten games. 

Most recently, the Timberwolves defeated the Sacramento Kings (in California) by a score of 110-98. 

Following the Thunder, they will return home to host Luka Doncic and the Dallas Mavericks on Thursday evening at the Target Center in Minnesota. 

As for the Thunder, they are the third seed in the Western Conference with an 18-9 record in their first 27 games. 

They are 7-3 over their last ten games and most recently lost to LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers by a score of 129-120. 

Following the Timberwolves, the Thunder will play their next game on Wednesday evening when they host Jalen Brunson and the New York Knicks in Oklahoma City.
