FINAL UPDATE: Kevin Huerter's Injury Status For Kings-Jazz Game

Kevin Huerter is on the injury report for Monday's game.

FINAL UPDATE: Kevin Huerter has been ruled out.   

On Monday night, the Sacramento Kings will be in Salt Lake City to face off with the Utah Jazz. 

However, they could be without one of their best players for the game. 

Former Maryland star Kevin Huerter is on the injury report listed as questionable. 

Underdog NBA: "Kevin Huerter (knee) listed questionable for Monday."

Huerter spent the first four seasons of his career with the Atlanta Hawks and helped them make the NBA Playoffs in each of the last two years.  

He is currently averaging 15.0 points, 3.2 rebounds, 2.9 assists and 1.1 steals per contest in 66 games.  

The 24-year-old is also shooting a tremendous 48.7% from the field and 40.8% from the three-point range.  

In addition to his stellar play, the Kings are having an incredible season. 

They are tied with the Memphis Grizzlies for the second seed in the Western Conference and have a 43-27 record in 70 games. 

Over the last ten games, they are 8-2, and the Kings are on a three-game winning streak. 

On the road, they are 22-13 in the 35 games they have played outside of Sacramento, California.  

The franchise hasn't made the NBA Playoffs since the 2006 season, but the drought will come to an end in 2023. 

As for the Jazz, they are 34-36 in 70 games, which has them in a tie for the ninth seed in the Western Conference. 

They are 5-5 in their last ten games and an outstanding 21-13 in the 34 games they have hosted at home in Salt Lake City, Utah.
