Khris Middleton's Injury Status For Grizzlies-Bucks Game

Khris Middleton has been ruled out for Friday's game.

On Friday night, the Milwaukee Bucks are hosting the Memphis Grizzlies in Wisconsin. 

For the game, they will be without one of their best players, as Khris Middleton has bene ruled out due to a knee injury.

The three-time NBA All-Star is currently averaging 15.1 points, 4.2 rebounds and 4.9 assists per contest in 33 games. 

He is also shooting 43.6% from the field and 31.5% from the three-point range. 

On Friday, Shams Charania of The Athletic and Stadium reported an update on the NBA Champion guard. 

Via Charania: "Bucks star Khris Middleton underwent an MRI on his knee Thursday and he is expected to rehab for the next week or so in hopes of being ready for start of the playoffs, sources say."

Despite his down season, the Bucks have been the best team in the NBA. 

They come into the night as the first seed in the Eastern Conference with a 58-22 record in 80 games. 

Over the last ten games, the Bucks are 8-2, and they are also in the middle of a three-game winning streak. 

At home, they are an outstanding 32-8 in the 40 games they have hosted in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. 

As for the Grizzlies, they are 50-30 in 80 games, which has them as the second seed in the Western Conference. 

They are 7-3 in their last ten games and 15-24 in the 39 games they have played on the road away from Memphis, Tennessee.
