UPDATE: Kristaps Porzingis' Current Injury Status For Pacers-Celtics Game

Kristaps Porzingis is on the injury report for Tuesday's game.

UPDATE: Kristaps Porzingis is available.

On Tuesday evening, the Boston Celtics will host the Indiana Pacers in Massachusetts.

For the game, the Celtics could be without one of their best players, as Kristaps Porzingis is on the injury report.

The 2018 NBA All-Star has missed each of the previous two games, so this would be his third straight out of the lineup (if he doesn't play).

Porzingis is in his first season playing for the Celtics and has been an excellent addition to the roster.

He is currently averaging 19.5 points, 6.7 rebounds, 2.0 assists and 1.8 blocks per contest while shooting 52.9% from the field and 35.9% from the three-point range in 33 games.

The Celtics are the first seed in the Eastern Conference with a 36-11 record in their first 47 games.

They are 7-3 over their last ten games and an outstanding 21-2 in the 23 games they have hosted in Boston.

Following Tuesday's showdown with Indiana, the Celtics will remain at home to host LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers on Thursday evening.

As for the Pacers, they are 27-20 in their first 47 games, which has them as the sixth seed in the Eastern Conference.

They are 5-5 over their last ten games and also in the middle of a three-game winning streak.

Following Tuesday's game with the Celtics, the Pacers will travel to New York City for a matchup with Jalen Brunson and the Knicks on Thursday evening.
