UPDATE: Kyle Lowry's Injury Status For Hawks-Heat Game

Kyle Lowry is on the injury report for Tuesday's game.

On Tuesday evening, the Miami Heat will host the Atlanta Hawks in Florida for the play-in tournament.         

For the game, their starting point guard (Kyle Lowry) is on the injury report listed as questionable (knee).   

Underdog NBA: "Kyle Lowry (knee) questionable for Tuesday."

The NBA Champion point guard has played in 55 games this season with averages of 11.2 points, 4.1 rebounds, 5.1 assists and 1.0 steals per contest. 

He is also shooting 40.4% from the field and 34.5% from the three-point range.  

Despite his down season, the Heat were able to finish as the seventh seed in the Eastern Conference with a 44-38 record.  

They went 6-4 over their final ten games and are an outstanding 27-14 in the 41 games they have hosted on their home floor in Miami, Florida. 

Last year, Lowry helped lead the Heat to the Eastern Conference Finals (they lost to the Boston Celtics in seven games). 

The franchise has made the NBA Playoffs in each of the last three seasons and made the NBA Finals in 2020. 

As for the Hawks, they finished the year with a 41-41 record and are the eighth seed in the Eastern Conference. 

They are in the middle of a two-game losing streak and went 5-5 over their last ten games. 

The Hawks have struggled on the road, going just 17-24 in the 41 games they have played away from State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgia. 

They have made the NBA Playoffs in each of the last two seasons and made the Conference Finals in 2021.
