UPDATE: Kyle Lowry's Injury Status For Heat-Bucks Game

Kyle Lowry is on the injury report for Sunday's game.

UPDATE: Kyle Lowry is available.

On Sunday evening, the Miami Heat will be in Wisconsin to face off with the Milwaukee Bucks for Game 1 of their first-round playoff series.

For the game, starting point guard Kyle Lowry is on the injury report listed as questionable.

That said, the NBA Champion should end up being available.

Via Anthony Chiang of The Miami Herald April 14: "Kyle Lowry said he tweaked his knee tonight, but he expects to be able to play in Game 1 on Sunday."

Lowry is in his second season with the franchise, and last year helped them make it to Game 7 of the Eastern Conference Finals.

This year, Lowry averaged 11.2 points, 4.1 rebounds, 5.1 assists and 1.0 steals per contest in 55 games while shooting 40.4% from the field.

The Heat had an up-and-down season but finished as the seventh seed with a 44-38 record.

However, they lost in the first play-in tournament game to the Atlanta Hawks, so they are the eighth seed (after beating the Chicago Bulls in the second play-in tournament game).

On the road, the Heat struggled, going just 17-24 in 41 regular season games played outside of Miami, Florida.

As for the Bucks, they were the best team in the NBA this season, with a 58-24 record.

They went 6-4 over their final ten games and are a fantastic 32-9 in the 41 games they have played on their home floor in Wisconsin.

In 2021, the Bucks won the NBA Championship, while last season, they lost in the second round.
