Lakers And Pelicans Final Injury Reports And Starting Lineups

The Los Angeles Lakers and New Orleans Pelicans have finalized their injury reports and starting lineups.

On Saturday evening, the New Orleans Pelicans are hosting the Los Angeles Lakers in Louisiana.     

For the game, the two teams have finalized their injury reports and starting lineups.   

The Lakers have ruled out Scotty Pippen Jr., Austin Reaves and Cole Swider.  

Anthony Davis, LeBron James and Russell Westbrook have all been upgraded to available.    

As for the Pelicans, they will be without Dereon Seabron, E.J. Liddell, Zion Williamson and Dyson Daniels.

The starting lineups for both teams have been relayed by Underdog NBA.

Underdog NBA: "Lineup alert: Lakers will start Schroder, Beverley, Hachimura, James, Davis on Saturday."

Underdog NBA: "Lineup alert: Pelicans will start McCollum, Jones, Ingram, Murphy, Valanciunas on Saturday."

The two teams faced off in Los Angeles (earlier his season) and the Lakers won 120-117 in overtime.

Right now, the Lakers are tied with the Oklahoma City Thunder for the 12th seed in the Western Conference and have a 25-28 record in 53 games.

They are 6-4 in their last ten games and in the middle of a two-game winning streak.

Meanwhile, the Pelicans are in the middle of a ten-game losing streak and have fallen to the 11th seed in the Western Conference (one spot ahead of the Lakers). 

After being one of the best teams in the NBA, they are now 26-27 in 53 games.

On the road, the Lakers are 12-16 in 28 games, while the Pelicans have an outstanding 17-9 record in the 26 games they have hosted at home in New Orleans.
