LaMelo Ball's Official Injury Status For Hornets-Bucks Game

LaMelo Ball is on the injury report for Friday's game.

On Friday evening, the Charlotte Hornets will be in Wisconsin to face off against the Milwaukee Bucks.  

For the game, the Hornets will remain without their best player, as 2022 NBA All-Star LaMelo Ball has been ruled out.  

Ball has missed each of the previous seven games, so this will be his eighth straight out of the lineup.

Ball has played in 22 games and is averaging 23.9 points, 5.1 rebounds, 8.0 assists and 1.8 steals per contest while shooting 43.3% from the field and 35.5% from the three-point range. 

The Hornets are the 13th seed in the Eastern Conference with a 10-40 record in 50 games. 

They are in the middle of a nine-game losing streak and most recently lost to the Toronto Raptors by a score of 123-117. 

Following the Bucks, the Hornets will return to Charlotte to host the Memphis Grizzlies on Saturday evening. 

On the road, they are 5-19 in 24 games, while they are 5-21 in 26 games at home. 

As for the Bucks, they are the third seed in the Eastern Conference with a 33-19 record in 52 games. 

They are 4-6 over their last ten games and are in the middle of a three-game losing streak. 

Most recently, the Bucks lost to the Minnesota Timberwolves by a score of 129-105. 

Following Charlotte, they will stay at home to host Jamal Murray and the Denver Nuggets on Monday evening in Wisconsin.
