LaMelo Ball's Official Injury Status For Pacers-Hornets Game

LaMelo Ball is on the injury report for Monday's game.

On Monday evening, the Charlotte Hornets will host the Indiana Pacers in North Carolina.  

For the game, the Hornets will remain without their best player, as LaMelo Ball has been ruled out.   

The 2022 NBA All-Star has missed each of the previous nine games, so this will be his tenth straight out of the lineup.

Ball has played in 22 games and has averages of 23.9 points, 5.1 rebounds, 8.0 assists and 1.8 steals per contest while shooting 43.3% from the field and 35.5% from the three-point range.  

The Hornets are the 13th seed in the Eastern Conference and have gone 11-41 in their first 52 games.  

They are 1-9 over their last ten games and most recently beat the Memphis Grizzlies by a score of 115-106. 

Following their matchup with the Pacers, the Hornets will remain in North Carolina to host Dejounte Murray and the Atlanta Hawks on Wednesday evening. 

At home, they are 6-21 in 27 games. 

As for the Pacers, they are the sixth seed in the Eastern Conference with a 30-24 record in 54 games. 

They are 6-4 over their last ten games and most recently beat Jalen Brunson and the New York Knicks by a score of 125-111 at Madison Square Garden in Manhattan. 

Following the Hornets, the Pacers will head to Canada to face off against RJ Barrett and the Toronto Raptors on Wednesday evening. 

On the road, they are 13-13 in 26 games.
