UPDATE: Mike Conley's Status For Timberwolves-Wizards Game

Mike Conley is on the injury report for Wednesday's game.

UPDATE: Mike Conley has been ruled out (h/t Alan Horton). 

On Wednesday evening, the Minnesota Timberwolves will face off against the Washington Wizards (in Washington, D.C.). 

For the game, the Timberwolves could be without one of their best players, as starting point guard Mike Conley is on the injury report. 

Conley missed the team's last game, so this would be his second straight out of the lineup (if he doesn't play).

Conley has played in 41 games and is averaging 10.9 points, 2.8 rebounds, 6.4 assists and 1.0 steals per contest while shooting 44.5% from the field and 43.8% from the three-point range. 

The Timberwolves are the second seed in the Western Conference with a 30-13 record in their first 43 games. 

They are 6-4 over their last ten games and are in the middle of a two-game losing streak. 

Most recently, the Timberwolves lost to the Charlotte Hornets by a score of 128-125. 

Following the Wizards, they will travel to New York to face off against Mikal Bridges and the Brooklyn Nets on Thursday evening at Barclays Center.

As for the Wizards, they are the 14th seed in the Eastern Conference with a 7-35 record in their first 42 games.  

They are 1-9 over their last ten games and are in the middle of a four-game losing streak. 

Most recently, the Wizards lost to the Denver Nuggets by a score of 113-104. 

Following the Timberwolves, they will remain at home to host Jordan Clarkson and the Utah Jazz on Thursday evening in Washington, D.C.
