Mo Bamba's Injury Status For Grizzlies-Lakers Game

Mo Bamba has been ruled out for Tuesday’s game.

On Tuesday evening, the Los Angeles Lakers are hosting the Memphis Grizzlies in Los Angeles, California.

For the game, they will be without Mo Bamba, who has been ruled out due to an ankle injury.

The former Texas star had been in his fifth season with the Orlando Magic before being traded to the Lakers last month.

He is currently averaging 6.8 points, 4.7 rebounds and 1.0 assists per contest in 47 games.

The former sixth overall pick is also shooting 48.7% from the field and 39.0% from the three-point range.

At just 24 years old, there is still a chance he could turn out to be a very good NBA player.

Coming out of college, Bamba was seen as a player who had All-Star potential.

Right now, the Lakers are 31-34 in 65 games, which has them in a four-way tie for the ninth seed in the Western Conference.

They are 6-4 in their last ten games and coming off a 113-105 victory over the Golden State Warriors (at home) on Sunday afternoon.

The Lakers have been solid at home, going 16-15 in 31 games hosted in Los Angeles, California.

As for the Grizzlies, they are the second seed in the Western Conference with a 38-25 record in 63 games.

They are in the middle of a two-game losing streak but are also 6-4 in their last ten games.

On the road, the Grizzlies have struggled in a big way.

They are 12-20 in the 32 games they have played outside of Memphis, Tennessee.
