UPDATE: Nikola Jokic's Current Injury Status For Nuggets-Thunder Game

Nikola Jokic is on the injury report for Wednesday's game.

UPDATE: Nikola Jokic has been ruled out (h/t Katy Winge of AltitudeTV). 

On Wednesday evening, the Denver Nuggets will be in Oklahoma City to face off against the Thunder.  

For the game, they could be without their best player, as two-time MVP Nikola Jokic is on the injury report. 

Via Underdog NBA: "Nikola Jokic (back) listed questionable for Wednesday."

Jokic has played in 47 games and is averaging 26.3 points, 12.1 rebounds, 9.0 assists and 1.2 steals per contest while shooting 58.5% from the field and 35.8% from the three-point range.  

The Nuggets are the second seed in the Western Conference with a 33-15 record in their first 48 games.  

They have gone 7-3 over their last ten games and are in the middle of a two-game winning streak. 

Most recently, the Nuggets beat the Milwaukee Bucks by a score of 113-107. 

In 40 minutes of playing time, Jokic had 25 points, 16 rebounds, 12 assists, three steals and two blocks while shooting 10/25 from the field and 1/6 from the three-point range. 

Following the Thunder, the Nuggets will return home for a matchup with the Portland Trail Blazers on Friday evening. 

As for the Thunder, they are the third seed in the Western Conference with a 32-15 record in their first 47 games.   

They are in the middle of a two-game losing streak and are 6-4 over their last ten games.  

Most recently, the Thunder lost to the Minnesota Timberwolves by a score of 107-101. 

Following Wednesday's showdown with Denver, they will host the Charlotte Hornets on Friday evening in Oklahoma City.
