Notable Player Injured In Lakers-Warriors Game

Cam Reddish got injured in Saturday's preseason game.

On Saturday evening, the Los Angeles Lakers faced off against the Golden State Warriors at the Chase Center in San Francisco, California.

Both teams were playing their first preseason game of the year, and the Warriors won by a commanding score of 125-108.

During the second half, Cam Reddish got injured, and he did not return for the remainder of the evening.

Via ClutchPoints: "Cam Reddish goes down while on Lakers defense.

He then stood up slow and walked gingerly towards the Lakers locker room.

Hope it's nothing serious 🙏"

Reddish finished his night with one point, two rebounds, two assists, one steal and one block in 18 minutes of playing time.

Reddish is coming off a year where he appeared in 40 regular season games for the New York Knicks and Portland Trail Blazers.

He averaged 9.7 points, 2.2 rebounds, 1.4 assists and 1.0 steals per contest while shooting 44.6% from the field and 31.3% from the three-point range.

This summer, Reddish became a free agent, and he signed a deal with Los Angeles, so this was his first game with the team.

Reddish was initially the tenth pick in the 2019 NBA Draft after one season of college basketball for Duke.

He has also played for the Atlanta Hawks and has career averages of 10.3 points, 3.0 rebounds, 1.3 assists and 1.0 steals per contest while shooting 39.9% from the field and 32.2% from the three-point range in 173 regular season games (he has also appeared in four NBA playoff games).
