UPDATE: Paul George's Current Injury Status For Kings-Clippers Game

Paul George is on the injury report for Sunday's game.

UPDATE: Paul George has been ruled out (h/t ESPN's Ohm Youngmisuk). 

On Sunday evening, the Los Angeles Clippers will host De'Aaron Fox and the Sacramento Kings in California.  

For the game, they could be without one of their best players, as starting forward Paul George is on the injury report.

George has played in 52 games and is averaging 22.1 points, 5.3 rebounds, 3.7 assists and 1.6 steals per contest while shooting 45.6% from the field and 39.5% from the three-point range.    

The Clippers are the third seed in the Western Conference with a 37-19 record in 56 games.  

They are 7-3 over their last ten games and most recently beat the Memphis Grizzlies by a score of 101-95. 

In 37 minutes of playing time, George had 14 points, five rebounds and three assists while shooting 5/12 from the field and 4/7 from the three-point range. 

Following the Kings, the Clippers will remain at home to host LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers on Wednesday evening.

At home, they are 20-6 in 26 games. 

As for the Kings, they are the seventh seed in the Western Conference with a 32-23 record in 55 games. 

They have gone 5-5 over their last ten games and are in the middle of a two-game winning streak. 

Most recently, the Kings beat Victor Wembanyama and the San Antonio Spurs by a score of 127-122. 

Following the Clippers, they will return home to host Bam Adebayo and the Miami Heat on Monday evening in California.
