UPDATE: Paul George's Current Injury Status For Knicks-Clippers Game

Paul George is on the injury report for Saturday's game.

UPDATE: Paul George is available (h/t Mark Medina).

On Saturday evening, the Los Angeles Clippers will host the New York Knicks in California.

For the game, they could be without one of their best players, as Paul George is on the injury report.

George missed the team's last game, so this would be his second straight out of the lineup (if he doesn't play).

Via Underdog NBA: "Paul George (hip) questionable for Saturday."

George has played in 23 games so far this season and is averaging 22.6 points, 5.9 rebounds, 4.0 assists and 1.7 steals per contest while shooting 44.5% from the field and 38.5% from the three-point range.

The Clippers got off to a slow start to the season but are now 14-10 in their first 24 games, which has them as the seventh seed in the Western Conference.

They are 8-2 over their last ten games and in the middle of a six-game winning streak.

Most recently, the Clippers defeated the Golden State Warriors by a score of 121-113 (George did not play in the game).

As for the Knicks, they are 14-10 in their first 24 games, which has them as the fifth seed in the Eastern Conference.

They are 6-4 over their last ten games and most recently defeated the Phoenix Suns by a score of 139-122.

Jalen Brunson led the way with 50 points, six rebounds, nine assists and five steals while shooting 17/23 from the field and 9/9 from the three-point range.

Following the Clippers, the Knicks will play the Los Angeles Lakers on Monday in California.
