UPDATE: Rudy Gobert's Current Injury Status For Nuggets-Timberwolves Game

Rudy Gobert is on the injury report for Tuesday's game.

UPDATE: Rudy Gobert has been ruled out (h/t ESPN's Tim MacMahon).

On Tuesday evening, the Minnesota Timberwolves will host the Denver Nuggets at the Target Center.

For the game, the Timberwolves could remain without one of their best players, as starting center Rudy Gobert is on the injury report.

The three-time NBA All-Star has missed each of the previous two games, so this would be his third straight out of the lineup (if he doesn't play).

Via Underdog NBA: "Rudy Gobert (rib) questionable Tuesday."

Gobert is currently averaging 13.7 points, 12.9 rebounds, 1.2 assists and 2.1 blocks per contest while shooting 64.8% from the field and 63 games.

The Timberwolves are among the best teams in the league with a 47-21 record in 68 games, which has them tied with the Nuggets for the second seed in the Western Conference.

They have gone 6-4 over their last ten games and are also in the middle of a three-game winning streak.

Most recently, the Timberwolves defeated the Utah Jazz by a score of 114-104 (in Salt Lake City).

Anthony Edwards led the way with 32 points.

Following the Nuggets, they will play their next game on Friday evening when they host the Cleveland Cavaliers.

As for the Nuggets, they are also 47-21 in 68 games.

They have gone 8-2 over their last ten games and most recently lost to the Dallas Mavericks (in Texas) by a score of 107-105.

Following the Timberwolves, the Nuggets will play their next game on Thursday evening when they host Jalen Brunson and the New York Knicks in Colorado.
