UPDATE: Zion Williamson's Current Injury Status For Pelicans-Mavs Game

Zion Williamson is on the injury report for Monday's game.

On Monday afternoon, the New Orleans Pelicans will be in Texas to face off against Kyrie Irving and the Dallas Mavericks.  

For the game, 2021 NBA All-Star Zion Williamson is on the injury report, but he is listed as probable, so he should be available. 

Via Underdog NBA: "Zion Williamson (quad) listed probable for Monday."

Williamson has played in 32 games and is averaging 22.0 points, 5.9 rebounds and 4.6 assists per contest while shooting 58.4% from the field and 33.3% from the three-point range. 

The Pelicans are the fifth seed in the Western Conference with a 24-16 record in their first 40 games. 

They are 7-3 over their last ten games and most recently beat the Mavs (also in Dallas) by a score of 118-108. 

Williamson did not play in the game, and Jordan Hawkins led the way with 34 points, five rebounds, four assists and two steals while shooting 11/19 from the field and 6/12 from the three-point range. 

On the road, the Pelicans are 12-8 in 20 games. 

Following the Mavs, they will host the Charlotte Hornets on Wednesday evening in New Orleans, Louisiana. 

As for the Mavs, they are the seventh seed in the Western Conference with a 23-17 record in their first 40 games. 

They are 5-5 over their last ten games and are 12-9 in the 21 games they have hosted in Dallas. 

Following the Pelicans, the Mavs will face off against Anthony Davis and the Los Angeles Lakers on Wednesday evening in California.
