UPDATE: Zion Williamson's Status For Rockets-Pelicans Game

Zion Williamson is on the injury report for Saturday's game.

UPDATE: Zion Williamson is available.

On Saturday evening, the New Orleans Pelicans will host the Houston Rockets in Louisiana.

For the game, the Pelicans could be without one of their best players, as Zion Williamson is on the injury report.

Williamson missed the team's last game, so this would be his second straight out of the lineup (if he doesn't play).

Via Pelicans.com: "New Orleans Pelicans forward Zion Williamson (non-Covid illness) and center Cody Zeller (right ankle sprain) are listed as questionable for Saturday's game against the Houston Rockets at the Smoothie King Center."

The Pelicans are the sixth seed in the Western Conference with a 17-12 record in their first 29 games.

They are 7-3 over their last ten games and most recently defeated the Cleveland Cavaliers by a score of 123-104.

Following the Rockets, the Pelicans will play their next game on Tuesday when they host Ja Morant and the Memphis Grizzlies in New Orleans.

They are 6-4 over their last ten games and most recently beat the Dallas Mavericks by a score of 122-96.

Following the Pelicans, the Rockets will play their next game on Tuesday evening when they host the Indiana Pacers.
