On Tuesday evening, the Golden State Warriors are in Arizona facing off against the Phoenix Suns.

During the game, Draymond Green was ejected after receiving a Flagrant 2 foul.

The Warriors were inbounding the ball, and Jusuf Nurkic was guarding Green.

As they were fighting for positioning, Green swung his arm back and hit Nurkic in the face.

Green finished his night with two points, two rebounds and two assists while shooting 1/3 from the field in 17 minutes of playing time.

Anthony Slater of The Athletic added more details.

Via Slater: "Draymond Green ejected for the third time this season. Swung around and nailed Jusuf Nurkic in the face. Attention will now turn to a league review tomorrow."

Green was recently suspended for five games after an altercation during a game with the Minnesota Timberwolves on November 14.

Green entered the evening with averages of 10.2 points, 5.8 rebounds and 6.1 assists per contest while shooting 49.5% from the field and 45.0% from the three-point range in 14 games.

He doesn't put up huge numbers but is the team's best defender (and one of their leaders).

As for the Warriors, they are 10-12 in their first 22 games, which has them as the 11th seed in the Western Conference.

They are 4-6 over their last ten games and following the Suns, they will visit the Los Angeles Clippers on Thursday.

Meanwhile, the Suns are 12-10 in their first 22 games, which has them as the ninth seed in the Western Conference.
