Five-time NBA All-Star and 2016 NBA Champion Kevin Love posted a photo to Instagram on Thursday.

The photo Love posted can be seen in a post that is embedded below from his Instagram account.

The caption Love wrote on his post: "Absolutely amazing day visiting the @jklivinfoundation students and educators at John Adams HS. At the @kevinlovefund, our mission is to inspire youth to live their healthiest lives while providing tools for both mental and physical health. It was an honor to meet the students and educators and to hear their personal stories through a lesson plan developed for the @kevinlovefund's soon-to-launch social and emotional learning curriculum. Nothing haunts us like the things we don't say, and when we can share and be our authentic self, it's unbelievable how freeing it can be."

Love is entering his 14th season in the NBA and after starting his career playing for six seasons on the Minnesota Timberwolves, he is going into his eighth season on the Cleveland Cavaliers.

He has career averages of 18.0 points, 11.0 rebounds and 2.4 assists in 738 career games for the T-Wolves and Cavs.
