Damian Lillard's Instagram Post After Warriors-Bucks Game
On Saturday evening, the Milwaukee Bucks defeated the Golden State Warriors by a score of 129-118 in Wisconsin.
Damian Lillard had a good game, putting up 27 points, six rebounds, seven assists and two steals while shooting 9/19 from the field and 2/5 from the three-point range in 38 minutes of playing time.
After the victory, the All-Star point guard made a post to Instagram.
Lillard captioned his post: "Our GOD is an awesome GOD"
Lillard is in his first season with the Bucks and is currently averaging 25.1 points, 4.4 rebounds, 6.8 assists and 1.1 steals per contest while shooting 43.1% from the field and 35.3% from the three-point range in 36 games.
He has helped the Bucks get off to an excellent start to the season, as they are the second seed in the Eastern Conference with a 27-12 record in their first 39 games.
They are also in the middle of a two-game winning streak and are 18-4 in 22 games on their home floor.
The Bucks will now play their next game on Sunday evening when they host the Sacramento Kings.
As for the Warriors, they dropped to 18-21 in their first 39 games, which has them as the 12th seed in the Western Conference.
They are 3-7 over their last ten games and 7-10 in the 17 games they have played on the road.
Steph Curry did not play in Saturday's game due to rest, and Jonathan Kuminga led the team with 28 points in 30 minutes.
