De'Aaron Fox's Instagram Post After Kings-Mavs Game
On Saturday evening, the Sacramento Kings faced off against the Dallas Mavericks in Texas.
The Kings won by a score of 120-115, and De'Aaron Fox led the way with 34 points, three rebounds, five assists, two steals and two blocks while shooting 13/24 from the field and 1/5 from the three-point range in 37 minutes of playing time.
After the game (on Sunday), Fox made a post to Instagram.
Fox captioned his post: "Lit the beam in my Light The Beam PE’s🟣🔦"
Fox is now averaging 27.7 points, 4.0 rebounds, 5.6 assists and 1.6 steals per contest while shooting 46.9% from the field and 38.8% from the three-point range in 38 games.
With the victory, the Kings improved to 26-18 in their first 44 games, which has them as the fifth seed in the Western Conference.
They are in the middle of a three-game winning streak and are 5-5 over their last ten games.
Following the Mavs, the Kings will face off against the Memphis Grizzlies on Monday evening in Tennessee.
As for the Mavs, they dropped to 25-21 in their first 46 games, which has them as the eighth seed in the Western Conference.
They remained without Kyrie Irving, and Luka Doncic led the team with 27 points, ten rebounds, 17 assists, two steals and one block while shooting 9/26 from the field and 1/9 from the three-point range in 46 minutes of playing time.
Following the Kings, the Mavs will stay at home to host the Orlando Magic on Monday.
