Dillon Brooks Commits Flagrant Foul On LeBron James In Lakers-Rockets Game

Dillon Brooks was assessed a Flagrant 1 foul during Monday's game.

On Monday evening, the Houston Rockets hosted the Los Angeles Lakers in Texas. 

The Rockets dominated for most of the night and won by a score of 135-119. 

Jalen Green led the way with 34 points, 12 rebounds, seven assists and one steal while shooting 12/23 from the field in 41 minutes.  

During the fourth quarter, LeBron James took a scary fall after getting hit in the head by Dillon Brooks.

Thankfully, James was able to stay in the game, and Brooks was assessed a Flagrant 1 foul, so he wasn't ejected. 

Brooks finished his night with 17 points, five rebounds, one assist and one steal while shooting 7/12 from the field and 2/4 from the three-point range in 28 minutes of playing time. 

With the victory, the Rockets improved to 22-24 in their first 46 games, which has them as the 11th seed in the Western Conference. 

They are an impressive 17-8 in the 25 games they have played on their home floor in Houston. 

Following the Lakers, the Rockets will host the New Orleans Pelicans on Wednesday evening. 

As for James, he played 37 minutes and had 23 points, six rebounds, ten assists, one steal and two blocks while shooting 9/15 from the field and 2/5 from the three-point range. 

The Lakers are 24-24 in 48 games, which has them as the ninth seed in the Western Conference. 

They will now head to Georgia to face off against Trae Young and the Atlanta Hawks on Tuesday evening at State Farm Arena.
