Draymond Green's Blunt Quote After The Warriors Beat The Rockets

Draymond Green and the Golden State Warriors beat the Houston Rockets on Monday night.

On Monday night, Draymond Green and the Golden State Warriors beat the Houston Rockets 121-108, which snapped an 11-game road losing streak

They had a 55-50 lead at halftime but turned the ball over 14 times in the first two quarters.

In the second half, the Warriors only turned the ball over four times, and they won the final two quarters 66-58.

After the victory, Green was honest about the team's first-half performance.

Reporter: "14 turnovers in the first half. I mean, what changed for you guys?"

Green: "Our focus level. Our focus level was pathetic to start the game. We were coming into the game like this, it's a young, athletic team, they're going to be in passing lanes, and we were real careless with the ball."

Green finished the night with eight points (on a perfect 4/4 from the field), seven rebounds, seven assists, one steal and one block in 34 minutes of playing time.

He is averaging 8.4 points, 7.3 rebounds, 6.8 assists and 1.0 steals per contest in 64 games (while shooting 52.8% from the field).

With the victory, the Warriors improved to 37-36 in 73 games, which has them as the sixth seed (the final guaranteed playoff spot) in the Western Conference.

They are 4-6 in their last ten games and just 8-29 in the 37 games they have played on the road away from the Chase Center in San Francisco, California.

On Wednesday, the Warriors will conclude their five-game road trip when they visit Kyrie Irving and the Dallas Mavericks in Texas.
