Giannis Antetokounmpo's Instagram Post After Bucks-Pistons Game
On Saturday afternoon, the Milwaukee Bucks faced off against the Detroit Pistons in Michigan.
The Bucks won by a score of 141-135, and All-Star point guard Damian Lillard led the way with 45 points.
Giannis Antetokounmpo also had a good day, putting up 31 points, ten rebounds, nine assists, two steals and one block while shooting 10/16 from the field in 38 minutes of playing time.
Following the game, the two-time MVP made a post to Instagram.
There were over 229,000 likes in less than 24 hours.
Antetokounmpo captioned his post: "Great to be back out there with my guys 💪🏾✌🏾"
Antetokounmpo is now averaging an outstanding 31.2 points, 11.4 rebounds, 6.0 assists, 1.3 steals and 1.1 blocks per contest while shooting 60.9% from the field in 40 games.
With the victory, the Bucks improved to 29-13 in their first 42 games, which has them as the second seed in the Eastern Conference.
They are 5-5 over their last ten games and are 10-9 in the 19 games they have played on the road away from Wisconsin.
Following Saturday's matchup, the two teams will face off (again) on Monday evening in Detroit.
As for the Pistons, they dropped to 4-38 in their first 42 games, which has them as the 15th seed in the Eastern Conference.
They are in the middle of a two-game losing streak and are 1-9 over their last ten games.
At home, the Pistons have gone 2-19 in the 21 games they have hosted in Detroit.
