Golden State Warriors Make 2 Roster Moves Before Kings Game

The Golden State Warriors recalled two players from the G League before Tuesday's game.

On Tuesday evening, the Golden State Warriors will be in Sacramento to face off against De'Aaron Fox and the Kings. 

Before the game, the Warriors announced that they had made two roster moves.  

Via Warriors PR: "The Warriors have recalled Trayce Jackson-Davis and Gui Santos from the team's G League affiliate, the Santa Cruz Warriors."

Both Santos and Jackson-Davis played for the Santa Cruz Warriors on Monday against the Ontario Clippers. 

Jackson-Davis had 18 points, four rebounds, four assists and one steal while shooting 7/8 from the field in 27 minutes of playing time. 

The former Indiana star was the 57th pick in the 2023 NBA Draft and has played in 13 games for the Warriors. 

Meanwhile, Santos had nine points, three rebounds and two assists while shooting 4/7 from the field and 1/4 from the three-point range in 26 minutes of playing time.

He was the 55th pick in the 2022 NBA Draft and has played in two games for the Warriors.  

As for the Warriors, they are 8-9 in their first 17 games, which has them as the tenth seed in the Western Conference. 

They are 3-7 over their previous ten games and 5-3 in the eight games they have played on the road away from the Chase Center. 

Most recently, the Warriors defeated the San Antonio Spurs (at home) by a score of 118-112. 

Following the Kings, they will play their next game on Thursday evening when they host James Harden and the Los Angeles Clippers in San Francisco.
