Ja Morant's Ridiculous Pass Is Going Viral In Grizzlies-Pelicans Game

Ja Morant made a fantastic pass during Tuesday's game.

On Tuesday evening, the Memphis Grizzlies are in New Orleans facing off against the Pelicans.

Ja Morant returned to the starting lineup after missing the first 25 games of the season due to suspension.

During the first half, he made a fantastic pass that got a lot of attention on social media.

Morant threw a pass (from the opposite side of the court) to Santi Aldama, who finished off the assist with a three-pointer.

The Grizzlies got a significant boost with Morant back in action because they have been one of the worst teams in the league this season.

They came into the night with a 6-19 record in their first 25 games, which has them as the 13th seed in the Western Conference.

In addition, the Grizzlies are 3-7 over their last ten games and in the middle of a five-game losing streak.

Following the Pelicans, they will play their next game on Thursday evening when they host Tyrese Haliburton and the Indiana Pacers in Tennessee.

Morant is coming off a season where he made his second NBA All-Star Game and averaged 26.2 points, 5.9 rebounds, 8.1 assists and 1.1 steals per contest while shooting 46.6% from the field and 30.7% from the three-point range in 61 games.

The Grizzlies were the second seed in the Western Conference with a 51-31 record, and made the NBA playoffs for the third straight season.

However, they lost in the first round to LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers (in six games).
