Jalen Brunson's Hilarious Tweet Went Viral

New York Knicks star Jalen Brunson sent out a tweet that went viral.

Jalen Brunson is coming off the best year of his career, averaging 24.0 points, 3.5 rebounds and 6.2 assists per contest while shooting 49.1% from the field and 41.6% from the three-point range in 68 games for the New York Knicks.

Brunson had spent the first four seasons of his career with the Dallas Mavericks but joined the Knicks in the summer of 2022.

During the middle of the season, the team traded for Josh Hart (who was teammates with Brunson at Villanova).

Adding Hart helped the Knicks win their first NBA playoff series since 2013 (they beat the Cleveland Cavaliers in the first round in five games).

This offseason, the Knicks got another former Villanova teammate into the fold as they signed Donte DiVincenzo.

In college, the trio helped the Wildcats win the 2016 NCAA Championship, and after Hart left, DiVincenzo and Brunson won another title in 2018.

On Monday, Brunson sent out a hilarious tweet about Hart and DiVincenzo.

His post had over 40,000 likes and 10 million impressions in less than 24 hours.

Brunson tweeted: "Let’s get one thing straight, stop asking me about josh. Don’t ask about Donte. I don’t like them they’re not my boys. They are coworkers. Nothing more. Thank you."

With the chemistry they already have and the other talented players on the roster (RJ Barrett, Mitchel Robinson and Julius Randle), the Knicks will likely be among the best teams in the Eastern Conference next year.

This past season, they were the fifth seed and lost to the Miami Heat in the second round of the NBA Playoffs.
