Jayson Tatum had a huge dunk during Thursday's game.

On Thursday evening, the Boston Celtics are hosting the Cleveland Cavaliers in Boston, Massachusetts.

During the game, All-Star forward Jayson Tatum had a fantastic dunk that is getting a lot of attention on social media.

Jaylen Brown led the fast-break and passed the ball to Tatum, who took one dribble and threw down a big slam dunk.

Tatum entered the night with averages of 27.4 points, 8.8 rebounds, 4.2 assists and 1.0 steals per contest while shooting 49.1% from the field and 34.9% from the three-point range in 22 games.

The Celtics are the first seed in the Eastern Conference with a 17-5 record in their first 22 games.

They are 7-3 over their last ten games and in the middle of a two-game winning streak.

Most recently, the Celtics defeated the Cavs (also in Boston) on Tuesday by a score of 120-113.

In 41 minutes of playing time, Tatum had 25 points, ten rebounds, five assists and two blocks while shooting 7/19 from the field and 2/9 from the three-point range.

Tatum was the third pick in the 2017 NBA Draft out of Duke and is in his seventh season in the league (all with the Celtics).

He has made the NBA All-Star Game in each of the previous four seasons and established himself among the 15 best players.

Following Thursday's game, the Celtics will host the Orlando Magic on Friday evening in Boston.

They are a perfect 11-0 in the games they have played on their home floor.
