On Monday evening, the Boston Celtics lost to the Pacers (in Indiana) by a score of 133-131.

At the end of the game, there was controversy over some of the calls that were made, including Kristaps Porzingis' shooting foul on Bennedict Mathurin as time expired.

With the game tied at 131-131, Mathurin made two free throws.

After the game, the NBA released the two-minute report and admitted that there should not have been a foul called on Porzingis.

Jayson Tatum, who did not play in the game, sent out a post on X (with his reaction), and there were over 13,000 likes and one million impressions in less than three hours.

Legion Hoops wrote: "The NBA’s L2M report for Celtics/Pacers:

• Reversal of the foul called on Buddy Hield vs. Jaylen Brown was correct

• Officials missed a screen foul on Myles Turner with 2 seconds to play

• Foul call on Kristaps Porzingis vs. Bennedict Mathurin was incorrect

This is wild… (h/t @KeithSmithNBA)"

Tatum quoted the post and wrote: "Well this was some bs"

With the loss, the Celtics fell to 28-8 in their first 36 games, which still has them as the first seed in the Eastern Conference.

They are 8-2 over their last ten games and 11-8 in the 19 games they have played on the road.

Following the Pacers, the Celtics will host Anthony Edwards and the Minnesota Timberwolves on Wednesday evening in Boston.

At home, they are a perfect 17-0.

As for Tatum, he is averaging 27.5 points, 8.7 rebounds, 4.5 assists and 1.0 steals per contest.
