Jayson Tatum's Viral Post On X After Magic-Celtics Game
On Sunday afternoon, the Boston Celtics hosted the Orlando Magic in Florida.
The Celtics had control for most of the game and won by a score of 114-97.
Jaylen Brown led the way with 31 points, five rebounds, six assists, one steal and one block while shooting 12/20 from the field and 5/8 from the three-point range in 34 minutes of playing time.
Jayson Tatum had 23 points, eight rebounds, three assists and one block while shooting 8/21 from the field and 4/6 from the three-point range in 31 minutes of playing time.
After the game, he made a post to X with four photos, and there were over 10,000 likes in less than 24 hours.
Tatum captioned his post: "The garden 🤞🏽"
The Celtics improved to 20-5 in their first 25 games, which has them as the first seed in the Eastern Conference.
They are 8-2 over their last ten games and in the middle of a five-game winning streak.
Following the Magic, the Celtics will play their next game on Tuesday evening when they visit Steph Curry and the Golden State Warriors at the Chase Center in San Francisco.
On the road, the Celtics are 6-5 in 11 games, while they are a perfect 14-0 at home in Boston.
Tatum is in his seventh season in the league (all with the Celtics) and has made the All-Star Game in each of the previous four seasons.
He has helped lead the franchise to the Eastern Conference Finals four times (and they made the NBA Finals in 2022).
