Joel Embiid's Instagram Post After Nuggets-76ers Game

Joel Embiid made a post to Instagram after Tuesday's game.

On Tuesday evening, the Philadelphia 76ers hosted the Denver Nuggets in Pennsylvania.

The matchup had a lot of attention because Joel Embiid and Nikola Jokic faced off the first time this season.

They are the two best centers in the league and have won the last two MVPs.

Ultimately, Embiid carried the 76ers to a 126-121 victory, and he led the way with 41 points, seven rebounds, ten assists and one block.

Following the victory, the six-time NBA All-Star made a post to Instagram that had over 128,000 likes in less than 24 hours.

Embiid captioned his post: "Stories about my brothers"

Embiid is averaging 35.1 points, 11.6 rebounds, 6.1 assists, 1.1 steals and 1.9 blocks per contest while shooting 53.8% from the field and 36.1% from the three-point range in 29 games.

The 76ers are the third seed in the Eastern Conference with a 26-13 record in their first 39 games.

They are in the middle of a three-game winning streak and are 6-4 over their last ten games.

Following the Nuggets, the 76ers will face off against the Orlando Magic (in Florida) on Friday evening.

On the road, they are 10-7 in 17 games, while they have gone 16-6 in the 22 games they have hosted in Philadelphia.

Embiid was the third pick in the 2014 NBA Draft out of Kansas, and is in his eighth season playing in the league (all with the 76ers).

His career averages are 27.7 points, 11.2 rebounds, 3.6 assists and 1.7 blocks per contest.
